Cabins & Containers has years of experience in building bespoke portable security cabins for multi-purpose functionality such as construction sites or car park security.
Our selection of modular buildings are high quality, portable buildings for use as Security Huts, Gatehouse Cabins, Ticket Kiosks and much more. Similar in construction to our Jackleg Cabin Range but steel skid mounted instead, these prefab units come as standard with a plastisol external finish but can also be offered with a range of alternative exterior cladding including all types of Timber Cladding, Brick-Slip Cladding, Vinyl Wrapping, Rendered Finish and more.
Plastisol finish is 9mm Far Eastern Plywood which is laminated with plastic coated steel sheet. This gives our portable security cabins a very durable, low maintenance and attractive finish that is suitable for a variety of uses. Doors, fascia and trims can be supplied either in the same colour or an additional colour if preferred.
EXTERNAL APPEARANCE: Although our security guard cabins are supplied as standard with Plastisol external cladding we can also offer an almost infinite range of alternative external cladding options, including Timber, Brick effect, Vinyl Wrapping or External Render if preferred. Standard white uPVC windows can also be foil-wrapped or painted in a variety of colours, or alternatively replaced with other window types. Jacklegs can be removed to enhance the external appearance further and the buildings can also be finished with skirting to match the external cladding to give the appearance of a more permanent building.
INTERNAL SPECIFICATIONS: Vinyl faced plasterboard (white – 12.5mm) to walls and ceiling, with white PVC joint and corner trims. Coving, skirting and window surrounds are also white PVC. The flooring finish comes as standard with a choice of either welded vinyl flooring or carpet tiles. Both of these can be upgraded if preferred to any wall boarding and flooring of choice.
ELECTRICS: All our Security Gatehouse Cabins are now fitted as standard with an 18th Edition Consumer Unit, LOT20 2kw Convector Heaters and LED Lights.
